Working in IT is a constant challenge at every level with each level bringing in its set of trials. Environment is ever changing and only gets tougher as person progresses through different stages of career.
Through this blog post I would try to share experiences which I have gathered over period of time which have commonality with most of us in same profession. Considering that almost all professions work on similar principles of business – it can be used as reference.
I would share thoughts regarding people management, project deliveries, with an intent that implementation of these would help tide of specific issues plaguing the individual, team – small one of 4 or complex one, projects, customers.
